I think as well the first person POV is such a clever choice -- I so loved seeing Teddy and Theo through James's eyes, and seeing James seeing himself through that POV was also really quite moving. Introducing himself as Emma was again so naturally written, as we get to see James saying something out loud he's probably not been able to before, and to be candid about how he identifies and what he would like to be called (even more so that he could say, I might like to be called this now, but something else later) and Teddy just getting it. I always say my head canon of these two is that they are meant to be together, regardless of age, gender, whether the relationship is sexual or not, they are two peas in a fucking pod, and just, ughhh, my heart!!!!

Also *whispers* the bra!!!! \o/ omg I love that James kept getting side tracked by it, mid sentence, and also keep swearing at himself, and then telling himself OFF for doing that, and alsjdjsjsjss that's so fucking endearing and so James and just everything about Teddy, and working in fashion, and all of it. Omg. It's amazing how much I've managed to continue talking around the sock in my mouth.
