I was so glad to see there was a sequel! I have a huge soft spot for Hugo and I'm basically happy with any pairing people stick him in, but this was such an adorable choice! I can totally picture them growing up together and growing close - and at certain point realising that they're too close for people's liking, but not their own... It's realistic that they try to quit each other and date other people, but I guess they realise that they're only ever compensating for each other and no one else will do. I totally adored that sweet innocent kiss they shared and I nearly cheered out loud (standing ovation and all) when Hugo decided that they had something precious enough to cling on to (and Lily knew that all along). Covertly or not, I hope they have a chance! I imagine in a community as small as the wizarding one, the cousin relationships are less frowned upon than in the big wide Muggle world. :) Brilliant story! More Hugo? :) Almost no one else writes him! *cat-in-boots eyes*
