Okay, there actually is a community for Lily and Hugo! It's hugo_loves_lily. And it's fabulous. And it's empty. And it's mine, if that was not clear. But I wouldn't post it there, yet. Wait for more people to come to follow it, if that's ever going to happen. Then there's rarepair_shorts, where you can post after the current event - and even during, probably, it ends on August 31. Then there's hp_het, hp_tng, hp_fics and hp_fanfiction. You should try them! They welcome all sort of het pairings - and most of them slash too! :D
